About Kristin

Hi, I’m Kristin! I have lived and worked in Mount Pleasant for over 20 years, and have developed  a deep recognition of the community and surrounding areas. As the former owner of a successful pet care business in the north end of Mount Pleasant, I built and cultivated a large loyal clientele base within the community based on trust, transparency, and exceptional care. I know the importance of really listening to a client's needs, and providing a customized experience with absolute integrity and a strong sense of urgency that I would expect myself. Additionally, I earned an MBA in Finance, which serves as a solid foundation for investment opportunities. These are the traits that allowed me to easily transition to my career in real estate.

Outside of the real estate world, I enjoy being home relaxing with my husband and 5 (yes, 5!) dogs, and am always reading or initiating a home project. Currently, I am taking steps to obtain my certification in home staging to actualize my hobby of home decor as an added bonus to help elevate listings for my clients! I love taking trips and am working on conversational Spanish to make my annual trips to Mexico more enjoyable. I also frequently return to my hometown of Ohio to visit family, where I  was born and raised (shoutout to my Ohio natives!). 

As a passionate animal lover, I seek to support the rescue community in a variety of ways -  fostering, grooming, and donating time and resources to local rescue organizations. I have personally fostered, rehabilitated, and placed scores of homeless, injured, or behaviorally challenged dogs. Having recently moved to Pawleys Island, I have partnered with All 4 Paws Animal Rescue to initiate a campaign that helps save dogs and cats by donating (in honor of my clients) an amount equivalent to an average adoption fee for every home sale.
